Called on a Monday to schedule an appoint for our washer and service wasn’t available until that Friday. Was told a technician would show up between 9-1. Once 1 rolled around and no one showed I called the office and was told by Carla that the technician lost track of time and would now show between 1:30 and 2:30. Isn’t it nice how they can “loose” track of time while I’ve just been sitting here “staring” at time. Hopefully he shows up between my “new” scheduled time and “hopefully” we won’t have to wait another week for repairs. Will update and hopefully change our rating. Update: Tech showed shortly after 2:30 and THANKFULLY had the part needed to fix our washer. He was apologetic and professional for being late. I’d give them a 5 star had the office communicated with me regarding his delay.
